CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Never Stop Select Services LLC (“NSSS”) provides call center, customer contact, and related professional services pursuant to written agreements with its clients.

Refund Policy

All payments made to NSSS are governed by the terms and conditions of the applicable service agreement between NSSS and the client. Refund eligibility, if any, is determined solely by the provisions of that agreement.

If NSSS processes a payment as part of its service provision on behalf of a client, the refund and cancellation policy applicable to that transaction is governed by the contract between the cardholder and the client, not NSSS, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, fees paid directly to NSSS are non-refundable once services have commenced, including but not limited to staffing, training, campaign setup, administrative work, or resource allocation.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel services only in accordance with the notice and termination provisions set forth in their service agreement. Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund for services already performed, costs incurred, or resources allocated prior to the effective cancellation date.

Billing Disputes

Any billing dispute must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the transaction date. Failure to provide timely written notice constitutes acceptance of the charges as billed.
