Terms of Service

Scope of Services
Never Stop Select Services LLC (“NSSS”) operates solely as a third-party call center and customer contact services provider. NSSS does not own, sell, or control the client’s underlying products or services. All offers, scripts, pricing, disclosures, and representations are provided or approved by the client.

Fees, Billing & Refunds

All fees charged by NSSS are for call center labor, staffing, system utilization, and administrative services and are earned as services are performed.

Refunds are limited and governed by NSSS’s Cancellation & Refund Policy. A refund may be considered only if the request is made on the same calendar day as execution and within three (3) business days of the transaction date. Outside of this limited window, all fees are non-refundable.

If services are reduced or modified, NSSS may, at its sole discretion, apply a future service credit for unperformed services. Credits are not redeemable for cash and may be adjusted to reflect bundled or volume-based pricing.

Cancellation, suspension, or abandonment of services does not relieve the client of responsibility for fees incurred or contractually owed.

Client Responsibilities

The client is solely responsible for:

The legality, accuracy, and compliance of all products, services, scripts, offers, and disclosures
Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to TCPA, FTC, and state consumer protection laws
Obtaining and maintaining all required consumer consents and permissions
Any consumer complaints, disputes, chargebacks, or regulatory actions related to the client’s product or service

Intellectual Property

All NSSS processes, systems, training materials, scripts created by NSSS, and operational methodologies remain the exclusive property of Never Stop Select Services LLC. Client-provided materials remain the property of the client.

Third-Party Services

NSSS may utilize or reference third-party platforms or vendors in the delivery of services. NSSS does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third party.

Termination

NSSS may suspend or terminate services immediately for non-payment, breach of these Terms, compliance concerns, or misuse of services. Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due. Provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Disclaimer

Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. NSSS makes no guarantees regarding sales performance, conversion rates, or results and disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NSSS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue or profits, arising from the use of its services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to Terms

NSSS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
